Diana R. Agudelo is a Colombian-Australian graphic designer, writer and illustrator based in Sydney. She creates bilingual illustrated books that explore emotional healing through poetic storytelling. Her work includes Nana and the Invisible Monsters, a reflective book that helps teens and adults process emotional wounds. Diana shares visual metaphors and healing tools through her platform The Invisible Whisper.

Raelee Chapman
Raelee Chapman is a writer based in the Canberra area. Her short fiction has been published in Griffith Review, Overland, Southerly, Westerly, Mascara Literary Review, Singapore Love Stories and Best Australian Stories 2017. Her nonfiction work, interviews and reviews have appeared in several online and print publications in Australia, Hong Kong and Singapore.
Since 2017, Raelee has run creative writing and editing workshops in women's shelters, prisons, and community organisations in Australia and Asia.
In 2024, she completed a Master of Arts (Writing) at the University of New England.

Christina Shamista
Christine is a poet and writer of Sri Lankan Tamil ancestry, who lives on Wangal land in Sydney. Her debut book is a book of poetry, Soft Side of Red, published in November 2023 by Gazebo Books. She has also published reviews and poetry in a range of journals, including Mascara Literary Review, and Kill Your Darlings. She is currently writing contemporary fiction novels.
She is an involved and passionate supporter of Australian writers, is on the Writing NSW Board as a non executive director, and frequently attends a range of writers and readers festivals.

Benjamin Kooyman
Benjamin Kooyman has a PhD in English from Flinders University, focusing on film adaptations of Shakespeare. He is an experienced editor and proofreader who has edited journal articles, Masters, and PhD dissertations across multiple disciplines. He is also a published author with articles and reviews in The Conversation, as well as books, book chapters, and academic journal articles.

Jacqx Melilli is a playwright and author with French and Spanish heritage. Jacqx completed a Master of Arts degree in Writing and
Literature from Deakin University where she studied creative writing, editing, publishing, scriptwriting and media text for children.

Jodi Lamanna
Jodi is a writer and researcher with experience spanning across academic, non-fiction, and fictional writing. She is the author of Jessica Kingsley Publishers' Arriving Late (2024) - a collection of life stories from women with late autism diagnosis. She has also co-written chapters of a book through Springer and multiple academic papers. Jodi won the award for a children’s story with Voices From the Intersection and Allen & Unwin. She holds a Bachelor of Creative Arts, Graduate Certificate in Professional Writing, Master of Teaching (English & Music), PhD. and is currently studying an MA in Writing & Literature.

Irveen Kaur
Irveen Kaur is a writer specialising in YA fantasy, literary fiction and short stories. She is the founder of Novelly - a business that runs one-on-one sessions with emerging writers to help them develop their manuscripts. Irveen has a Bachelor of Arts in Communications (Creative Writing) at the University of Technology Sydney (UTS) and has experience teaching creative writing to kids aged 11-14 for the past 2 years. Her in-person creative writing workshops are currently held at UTS, Ku-ring-gai Community Centre, and Nirimba Fields.

Caroline Beecham
Caroline is a novelist, writer, producer and mentor. She is the author of four internationally published historical fiction novels: Maggie's Kitchen (2016), Eleanor's Secret (2018), Finding Eadie (2020) and Esther's Children (May 2022). Her debut novel was shortlisted for Booktopia's Best Historical Fiction in 2016. She has worked in documentary, film and drama and discovered that she loves to write fiction and to share lesser-known histories. Caroline studied the craft of novel writing at the Faber Academy in Sydney, with Curtis Brown Creative in London, and has a MA in Film & Television and a MA in Creative Writing.

Rochelle Pickles
Rochelle Pickles is a writer and editor with a background in psychology and education. Rochelle’s writing has been published in the anthologies Soak and Our Selves by Brio Books/Night Parrot Press and she co-edited the 2023 UTS Writers’ Anthology. Rochelle holds a Graduate Certificate in Editing and Publishing and a Master of Arts in Creative Writing. She has hosted Q&A and book launch events and loves to chat books.
