Anthony Macris

Anthony Macris is Adjunct Professor of Creative Writing at the University of Technology Sydney and one of Australia’s leading writing teachers. He is author of the Capital novels and Inexperience & Other Stories. His best-selling memoir, When Horse Became Saw: a family’s journey through autism, was shortlisted for the 2012 Prime Minister’s Literary Awards. His essays, reviews and poetry have appeared in Manchester Review (UK), Antipodes (US), Meanjin, Griffith Review, and Sydney Review of Books.
