Donna Lee Brien
Professor Donna Lee Brien is Professor of Creative Industries at Central Queensland University. With a Masters and PhD in writing biography, Donna has written many articles and other publications on food writers and food writing, including most recently, in The Conversation on pickling at home and the history of porridge. Her most recent books include:Paradoxes in Nurses’ Identity, Culture and Image: The Shadow Side of Nursing 2020; The Doctoral Experience: Student Stories from the Creative Arts and Humanities 2019; Publishing and Culture 2019; and Offshoot: Contemporary Life Writing Methodologies and Practice 2018.
