Drew Rooke

Drew Rooke is a Sydney-based author and journalist. His work deals primarily with contemporary Australian political and cultural issues, and has appeared in The Saturday Paper, Meanjin, Neighbourhood, and The Sydney Morning Herald. Drew was a finalist in the 2015 Scribe Nonfiction Prize for Young Writers. One Last Spin: the power and peril of the pokies is his first book.
