Edoardo Crismani has been awarded the 2023 Boundless Indigenous Writer’s Mentorship for Finding Billy Brown, a fast-paced story about an AFL player who is hit by a car, only to wake up in the 1930s, where he meets his boxer great-grandfather.
“The incredible range of genres and styles of writing submitted for this program suggests that the future of Australian storytelling is in good hands.”
Judi Morison has won the 2022 Boundless Mentorship for her family saga, When Grandmothers Speak, set in Queensland and northern NSW in the 1950s.
