Seminar: Scrivener 101, 2018
Lee Powell
Tuesday 30 January 2018, 6:30-9:30pm
Scrivener is a powerful content-generation tool for writers that allows you to concentrate on composing and structuring long documents. It gives you complete control of the formatting while helping you get to the end of that awkward first draft.
In this seminar, Lee Powell will guide you through a basic Scrivener tutorial. He’ll introduce you to Scrivener’s main functions, providing you with handouts including screenshots, and answer your how-to questions. You’ll gain an understanding of how to use Scrivener to assist with any writing project, particularly long ones, and leave with the confidence to use this powerful tool.
Due to the hands-on nature of this seminar, it is limited to a maximum of 20 participants.
This seminar is suitable for users of both Mac and Windows.
Participant Requirements
Participants need to have basic confidence with computer skills and are required to bring a laptop with Scrivener software installed to follow along with tutorial (laptops only, no iPads).
