I learnt a new thing today. I know how to update the blog on the Internet now. It was very easy, and showed my nervous before was not necessary. I was quite worried about this before because of my weak technology skills. But it was much easier than I thought.

27/6 Thursday

Need to learn many things. First thing was about the database. It’s kind of complicated but not difficult to use. With the help of the database, things can be well organized. Second, was about the website. My guide and me struggled for a while to figure out how to process it correctly. Many problems raised and made us clueless. But finally, we still can finish the job successfully.

29/6 Friday

I spent the whole day to work with the name cards and some washing stuff. It was tired but I was so glad that I could help. Everybody is so busy of preparing the Children and Young Adult Literature Festival. That makes me feel excited about the festival too. Looking forward for tomorrow, hope everything goes well.

30/6 Saturday

Today is the Children and Young Adult Literature Festival and everyone came early for preparing. In the morning, I help with the registration, and it was exciting. So many people around the table and waiting for registration, you need to do many things at the same time. After that was much more easier, some clean up works. Until lunchtime, was another busy moment. I helped to deliver the lunch boxes from the kitchen to the counter, and there were so many people lining up for their lunch. The chef was very busy and stressful. Finally, the festival was end in the evening, and it was very successful. I am glad I got the chance to get involved in it.
