When starting out, finding a way into the world of publishing can be daunting. This workshop is designed to give you familiarity with the contemporary Australian publishing ecosystem and how to navigate it, so you have a better understanding of how to get published.
Both practical and detailed, this seminar will include tips on finding places to get published, honing your work for submission and crafting the best possible cover letter. With a focus on literary journals and competitions, as well as preliminary coverage of the steps to finding a book publisher, it will help you learn how to find new readers for your work.
