How does a publishing house work? Ever wondered how a publisher decides whether or not to commission a work?

On Friday 31 July, Writing NSW presents this special online event with Penguin Random House.

Hear from Penguin Random House publishers as they take you through how a book gets published from submission to acquisition, editorial, publicity and sales in a series of Zoom panel sessions from 10am-12:15pm.

Please note, this event was originally advertised as offering participants access to Zoom panel sessions plus the opportunity to speak with an editor about their manuscript. The editor feedback places are sold out. Due to popular demand, we are offering limited places to attend the panel sessions only.

If you enrol in this event, your booking will only include access to the panel sessions with Penguin Random House, carried out on Zoom at 10am-12:15pm. Your booking does not include a consultation with an editor from Penguin Random House.
